Our Company History

Integrity Check was founded in July 2024 with a bold vision: to transform the property consulting and inspection industry by raising the bar on accountability, trust, and integrity. The company was born out of the combined expertise of siblings Nathanael and Abriana, who recognized that the industry was plagued by a lack of transparency and quality in property assessments—leading to disputes, mismanagement, and costly errors for both property owners and insurance companies.

Nathanael, an entrepreneur at heart, launched his first business straight out of high school and later spent seven years as a licensed real estate agent. During this time, he saw firsthand the critical gaps in service quality and the need for reliable contractors after inspections. Transitioning into storm restoration consulting, Nathanael became a 1099 consultant for a storm restoration company, where he inspected properties, created reports, and worked closely with insurance companies to restore properties to their pre-storm condition. His leadership and sales expertise led him to build and manage a multi-million-dollar sales team that consistently contributed to half of the company’s total annual revenue.

Abriana, with her sharp organizational skills and business insight, played a crucial role in supporting Nathanael’s success. Together, they learned the restoration industry inside and out, quickly identifying where the industry fell short. Inspired by these experiences, Abriana proposed an innovative idea: launching a company that provides pre-inspections for insurance carriers to document property conditions before claims are filed, reducing disputes and ensuring transparency for all parties involved.

From this simple yet powerful idea, Integrity Check evolved. Today, it’s not just about pre-inspections—Integrity Check offers a wide range of services, including property advisement, risk assessments, home inspections, and expert consulting in business growth, storm restoration, and mitigation. As the company grows, Nathanael and Abriana remain dedicated to setting new standards of integrity and excellence in every aspect of property consulting and advisement.
